The Hummus Factory is a family owned & operated Mediterranean Restaurant, built on core values of fresh ingredients and friendly service. In 2006, Chef Sylvette and her two sons, with a great deal of courage and determination, opened The Hummus Factory, a delightful Mediterranean neighborhood eatery in El Segundo. Always known as an excellent cook, Sylvette created her original recipes that everyone loved, she was the driving force behind the restaurant success. The Hummus Factory was a hit growing quickly to several locations in Manhattan Beach, Los Angeles (at the Howard Hughes Center), and Downey.
